Teaching

I teach in the Bachelor & Master program of the University of Humanistic Studies, Utrecht, in English and Dutch. I am also coordinator and co-creator of the post-academic educational program for secular celebrants. I also supervise Master theses and internships with focus on existential care in different social and care institutions and enjoy giving guest lectures at various other institutes (see also lectures).

My teaching focuses on linking theory and practice. In the past, I have also given lectures on methods of research, death studies, and contemporary spirituality/religiosity and multicultural developments.
